What SupperSafe Does

SupperSafe provides information about restaurant health inspections in Toronto. We aggregate publicly available data from Toronto Public Health's DineSafe program and present it in an accessible format.

Data Source

All inspection data comes from Toronto Public Health's DineSafe program. This is the same data displayed on inspection notices in restaurant windows. We do not conduct our own inspections.

We update our database regularly, typically within hours of new inspections being published. However, there may occasionally be delays.

Not Official Health Guidance

SupperSafe is an informational tool, not official health guidance. Our service:

• Is not affiliated with Toronto Public Health or any government agency
• Does not replace official inspection notices or health advisories
• Should not be your sole basis for health or safety decisions

Safety Scores

The safety scores we display are calculated by SupperSafe based on inspection data. They are our interpretation of the public record and are meant to help you quickly understand a restaurant's inspection history. They are not official ratings from Toronto Public Health.

Accuracy

We strive to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that our data is complete, current, or error-free. Restaurant conditions can change between inspections. Always use your own judgment.

Waitlist & Founding Members

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee service. Founding member benefits are subject to availability and may change before launch. We reserve the right to modify the terms of our founding member offer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our service
• Misrepresent information from SupperSafe as official health data
• Use our service to harass or defame restaurants

Limitation of Liability

SupperSafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information from our service, or for any damages arising from your use of SupperSafe.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SupperSafe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
